OVO by Cirque du Soleil Exclusively Comes to Egypt

World-famous Cirque du Soleil’s OVO is finally coming to Egypt for the first time. Egyptian creative agency Dino Activations recently announced its Cairo premiere, which takes place next March in the Indoor Halls Complex of Cairo Stadium.

OVO is a colorful ode to the beauty of nature and biodiversity, featuring some of the circus’ most popular flagship tricks. Its diversity extends to the vibrant ensemble bringing the show to life. The cast consists of 100 performers from 25 countries. This particular performance is the largest of the company’s shows to be performed in Egypt.

Cairo is set to host the grand finale shows for OVO in the Middle East twice, from March 8th to March 11th, and again from the 14th to the 19th.

The announcement came as part of the agency’s strategic plan to revive the Egyptian entertainment industry by bringing the grandest, most renowned entertainment shows to the country.

Egypt’s award-winning Dino Activations specializes in brand activations, events, exhibitions, shows, and events. Following the footsteps of the UAE, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, the agency made the decision.

Notably, OVO is Cirque du Soleil’s 25th production, created in 2009 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the company. Considered one of the most beloved shows worldwide, it has performed over 2000 acts to the delight of audiences in 26 countries.

Mohamed Amer, Founder and Chairman of Dino Activations underlined the agency’s determination to invite the world’s most popular and largest circus act to perform in Egypt, indicating their utmost commitment to present Egyptian citizens with spectacular productions and a joyful experience.

It’s worth mentioning that award-winning Dino Activations, established in 2010, works to bring international and cultural entertainment experiences to Egypt, including the latest production of Disney on Ice.

Ticket prices range from EGP 800 to 4,500, and the early bird registration (20% OFF ON ALL TICKETS) has been extended to Sunday, February 5.
