Minister of Planning Cochairs Committee of Women Lead for Executives Program

Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Dr. Hala El-Saeed, chaired one of the committees for selecting applicants for the “Women Lead for Executives” program, one of the programs of the Women’s Training and Leadership School, which is implemented by the National Training Academy (NTA), to raise the efficiency and develop the skills of women who assume jobs in the public and private sectors.

El-Saeed began her speech by applauding the level of the applicants for the program, stressing that they are passionate about developing their abilities and improving their job status.

 Furthermore, the minister explained that the program is intended for middle leaders in executive positions in government and private institutions, agencies, and companies in Egypt, explaining that the program comes within the framework of the Egyptian state and political leadership’s keenness to promote sustainable and comprehensive development plans, including empowering Egyptian girls and women economically, politically and administratively through advanced training and ensuring Equal opportunities to assume leadership roles in various development fields.

She ended her speech by praising the National Academy for being one of the most prominent features of the Egyptian state’s investment in human capital to create a better future.
