Juhayna Food Industries has partnered with RoboGarden Egypt to support the training of college graduates through the “Learn to Earn” program. This collaboration was announced at the ‘She Can’ Summit, a prominent event focused on empowering women in technology.
During the summit, Juhayna’s External Communications Director, Passant Fouad, and RoboGarden Egypt’s CEO, Engy El-Sabban, participated in a panel discussion on the impact of educational initiatives. Fouad emphasized the importance of education in building a better future for Egypt, especially given the country’s unemployment rate. El-Sabban highlighted the potential of the “Learn to Earn” program to bridge the gap between university graduates and job opportunities.
Through this partnership, Juhayna and RoboGarden aim to foster a new generation of skilled professionals and contribute to the growth of the Egyptian economy.
