Kuwait will soon build the world’s tallest tower, the Burj Mubarak. The Kuwaiti government has already committed $132 bn to the project. Kuwait’s biggest development project, Madinat Al Hareer, aka Silk City, will house a one-kilometer Hight tower that will be the cynosure of the $132 bn Silk City to be accomplished by 2023.
The 234-story structure will rise 1000 meters into the sky and dethrone the iconic Burj Khalifa after 25 years. The skyscraper’s design structure will reflect the theme of one thousand and one Arabian Nights, which is a vintage design idea sparked by CivicArts architecture firm.
Kuwaiti skyscraper will feature a unique design comprising three interlocking, twisting structures to withstand 150 mph winds and resulting vibrations. The skyscraper will be boasting 234 floors capable of housing up to 7,000 individuals.
The superstructure will be surrounded by seven vertical villages, offering residents and visitors alike world-class amenities such as hotels, residences, offices, and entertainment.
