Housing and Development Bank offered triple certificates with distinctive fixed returns over three years; 20% annually and 18.5% monthly.
The certificate can be purchased starting from 100,000 pounds and multiples of 1,000 pounds.
The return is calculated from the day following the purchase and is automatically renewed unless the customer indicates his desire not to do so.
The customer has the right to retrieve the certificate six months after the date of purchase or after six months have passed until the first year at 11%, the second year at 10.5%, and the third year at 10%.
