Egyptian Planning Minister Hala El-Said will attend the World Government Summit (WGS) 2023 in Dubai. She is set to take part in a session on investment in Egypt and the role played by its sovereign fund in this regard on Tuesday, February 14.
According to a statement by the Planning Ministry, Said will review investment opportunities that could benefit Egypt and efforts to empower the private sector.
The statement further states that Egypt’s Planning Minister is scheduled to attend a session on future governments on Wednesday.
The WGS 2023 kicked off in Dubai earlier Monday under the theme “Shaping Future Governments”, and will last until Wednesday.
It is noteworthy that the 10th edition of the WGS in Dubai brings together thought leaders, global experts, and decision-makers from around the globe to share policies and models that are essential in shaping future governments.
There will be 220 sessions, 300 speakers, and 10,000 delegates, including government officials, thought leaders, celebrities, and global experts.
The leaders include 20 heads of state, 250 ministers, and heads of 80 international, regional, and governmental organizations who will discuss pressing issues of the current time.
