On Friday, June 2nd, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and Egypt’s First Lady, Mrs. Entissar El-Sisi, welcomed Jill Biden, US First Lady, on her two-day visit to Egypt. El-Sisi and his spouse received her at the Ittihadiya Palace.
The US first lady, Jill Biden, arrived in Egypt on Friday; First Lady Entissar El-Sisi received her at Cairo International Airport as she landed in Egypt.
President El-Sisi extended his sincere greetings to US President Joe Biden, expressing Egypt’s pride in the close, decades-old strategic partnership with the United States of America.
Egypt’s First Lady Entissar El-Sisi Stated via Facebook: The US first lady, Jill Biden landed in Egypt as a dear guest, and as I welcome her in her second country, I look forward to that visit to be a new step towards strengthening the Egyptian-American friendship, and I wish her to spend the best times with us in “Om El-Donia”.
In turn, Mrs. Biden expressed appreciation of the US government to the people of Egypt.
She proceeded to laud the warm reception and hospitality she received during her two-day visit to Egypt, conveying President Biden’s greetings to President Sisi.
During their meeting, the Egyptian President further affirmed Egypt’s keenness to enhance strategic ties with the United States.
