The news website of the famous British newspaper Daily Mail recently published a press report highlighting Egypt’s competitive edge as a tourist destination.

The report indicated that the Egyptian government encourages and facilitates one-month stays in hotels, nationwide.

Daily Mail added that because of its low cost of living, Egypt has now become a popular long-stay winter destination, according to Experience Egypt.

It additionally stated that Britons are fed up with typically miserable winter weather and could spend a month basking in the Egyptian sun for almost the same cost as living at home.

Amr El-Kady, CEO of the Egyptian Tourism Authority, said: Egypt is always happy to welcome travelers from Europe. We are doing our best to make the stay as effortless and affordable as possible.

He added: This winter season, we invite you to spend the cold months under the kind Egyptian sun, saving the budget and filling life with fantastic new experiences.

There are direct flights to Hurghada from London, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle, and Birmingham, as well as flights to Sharm El-Sheikh from London, Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow.
