Last Friday, December 8, Cinema Radio displayed “Gaza Monologues” on its stage at 8 pm, and tickets were sold for 200 LE.
Readings of composed Palestinian monologues were featured in the program.
Prominent Egyptian and Arab performers took part in the readings and performances of these well-known Palestinian monologues, including Sayed Ragab, Salwa Mohamed Aly, Ahmed Malek, Yousra Al-Lozy, Mohamed Hatem, Rakeen Saad, Nanda Mohamed, and Muhammad Sami.
According to Egypt Today, the Mersal Foundation will receive all show proceeds as donations to aid the Gazan people. This event took place in response to a global call from the Ashtar Theater company in Ramallah and in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
