Banque Misr’s  Fatma El Goully Apointed Chairman of FDA’s Sustainable Development Committee

The Federation of Egyptian Banks (FBA) has just announced the appointment of Dr. Fatma El Goully, Head of Corporate Communications at Banque Misr, as Chairman of the Federation’s Sustainable Development Committee.

She became the Director of Corporate Communications at Banque Misr in 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, corporate communications, and management.

Before joining Banque Misr, Dr. El Goully held several management positions in various industries, such as pharmaceuticals, banking, and telecommunications, as well as Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications for Societe Generale National Bank (NSGB) and Misr International Bank (MIBank), and Head of Marketing Communications at the Swiss company Novartis.

She has participated in various training and personal development programs, in addition to obtaining an MBA in Marketing in 2005, a Master of Philosophy in Corporate Communications in 2009, and a Doctor of Business Administration in 2013, all from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands.

It is worth noting that El Goully was named among the top 50 most influential women in Egypt in 2021.
