Amira Mohamed Kamal Named Global Ambassador for Sustainable Education

Amira El Gamal

The Arab Council for Social Responsibility (ACSR) has officially named Amira Mohamed Kamal as the “Ambassador of Charitable Endowment for Sustainable Education.” This prestigious title was bestowed in recognition of her significant contributions to social responsibility and her tireless efforts in advancing the goals of sustainable development within the region.

The honoring took place during the closing ceremony of the “Wissam El-Kheir” (Medal of Goodness) event, held at the historic headquarters of the League of Arab States. The ceremony was organized by the ACSR in strategic partnership with the Misr El-Kheir Foundation and attended by an elite group of leaders, public figures, and civil society representatives.

This year’s edition of the event carried a profound legacy, as it was named in honor of the late Minister Dr. Ali Moselhi. In a moving tribute to his career and impact, the Council honored his family, led by Mrs. Kamila Mortaga, in the presence of his colleagues and students.

A major highlight of the gala was the official launch of the “Ambassadors of Charitable Endowment for Sustainable Education” initiative. This ambitious project aims to extend its reach across Arab, African, and international levels, fostering a global culture of educational endowments. By securing long-term funding through charitable endowments, the initiative seeks to ensure that quality education remains accessible and sustainable for future generations.

The ACSR reaffirmed its commitment to championing initiatives that align with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. By honoring leaders like Amira Mohamed Kamal and launching cross-border partnerships, the Council continues to solidify its role as a primary driver of social and educational progress in the Arab world.
