Earlier today, an Air Europa flight landed at Sphinx International Airport, coming from Madrid, Spain.
That flight marks the first flight by a Spanish flag carrier to arrive in Egypt. Two Air Europa flights will be bound for Egypt every month.
It is worth mentioning that Sphinx International Airport was mainly established to serve one-day trips to the Giza Plateau and the Great Egyptian Museum.
