Mansoura University has qualified for the field visit stage of the Equal Opportunities and Women’s Empowerment Award as part of the fifth edition of the Egypt Government Excellence Award 2026.
The university qualified among 63 participating entities.
Dr Sherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, said the qualification represents recognition of the university’s efforts to strengthen equal opportunities, support women’s empowerment and develop women’s capabilities.
He added that the university is working to provide an institutional work environment based on fairness and competence while promoting effective participation across different sectors of the university.
Mansoura University is also continuing to develop its institutional practices to support equality in opportunities and career advancement.
Khater praised the efforts of the teams and departments responsible for the award and confirmed that the university will continue preparing for the field visit stage.
