With an eye toward fostering cutting-edge academic excellence, the development will include three main components: the NextGen Student and Learning Living Spaces, the Technology, Research, and Innovation (TRI) Lab Building, and the Extended Education Hub.
The scope of work includes the construction of five high-tech buildings, complemented by an underground service tunnel. The infrastructure works will also feature comprehensive landscaping, further positioning the campus as a modern hub for intellectual and cultural exchange.
