Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Sherif El-Sherbiny, held a comprehensive meeting with construction companies involved in the New Alamein city development. The meeting aimed to assess the current status of various ongoing construction projects, streamline progress, and address any challenges hindering timely completion.
During the meeting, Minister El-Sherbiny emphasized the need for construction companies to establish clear and detailed timelines for the completion of residential projects while maintaining the highest quality standards. He stressed the importance of meeting deadlines and delivering units to buyers without delays. To achieve this, the Minister called for swift and coordinated efforts, including increasing workforce numbers and allocating financial resources based on project priorities. Special attention was given to finalizing the facade work, entrances, and landscaping along the city’s main roads, as well as completing interior finishes on time.
The Minister also reviewed the detailed progress of several key residential developments within New Alamein, including the Mazarine New Alamein project, Latin Quarter, Downtown, Beach Towers, and other significant developments. In addition, the completion of heritage buildings and other ongoing projects in the city were thoroughly assessed.
El-Sherbiny reiterated the Ministry’s full support for construction companies and urged them to intensify their efforts to ensure the timely completion of all projects, furthering the goal of transforming New Alamein into a modern, vibrant city for both residents and visitors.
