The National Council for Women (NCW) actively participated in the annual “Her Career” summit, a platform dedicated to women’s empowerment and economic growth.
During the summit, Safaa Habib, Head of the Central Administration for Media and Protocol at the NCW, highlighted the council’s commitment to supporting and empowering women. She discussed the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women 2030 and the crucial role of the Women’s Complaints Office. She also elaborated on various programs and projects, including the council’s involvement in the presidential initiative “A New Beginning for Human Development.”
Noha Morsi, Head of the Central Administration for Committees and Branches, emphasized the importance of work-life balance and the social empowerment aspect of the National Strategy. She advised women to prioritize self-care and to effectively communicate their needs and feelings.
