On Tuesday, May 9, Egyptian Minister of Justice Omar Marwan honored the top ten female judges who passed a foundation course organized by his ministry’s National Center for Judicial Studies (NCJS).
In his statement, Marwan stressed the State’s commitment to implant women’s rights under the constitution, including the right to take up judiciary roles on an equal footing with men.
He also emphasized the importance of achieving justice and its critical role in protecting society and safeguarding the rights of its members.
The Minister further underscored the ministry’s commitment to recognizing the efforts and success of top female judges to incentivize them to keep up their outstanding performance and excellence.
