Cairo, July 4: The Top 50 Women Forum extends its sincere congratulations to the ministers who included the formation of the new government headed by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, namely Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation; Dr. Yasmine Fouad, Minister of Environment; Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity; and Dr. Manal Awad Mikhail, Minister of Local Development.
The Forum also extends special congratulations to Dr. Hala Al-Saeed for assuming the position of Advisor to the President of the Republic for Economic Affairs, which crowns her merits and outstanding and honorable achievement in her public work duties during her tenure as Minister of Planning.
In a statement on Thursday, the Forum expressed its profound gratitude to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the Prime Minister for their great confidence in the women’s leadership of these important ministerial portfolios, which are closely related to the sustainable development goals of the Egyptian state, which enhances the culmination of the successes of Egyptian women at all levels in recent years and their ability to lead and excel in all fields.
The Forum further extends its sincere congratulations to Dr. Jacqueline Azar for her appointment as Governor of Beheira and the women appointed to the position of Deputy Ministers and Ministers, namely, Sabah Mohamed Abdul Latif Mashali, Deputy Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy; Margaret Saroufim, Deputy Minister of Solidarity; Abla Ahmed Ali Alfi, Deputy Minister of Health; Nihad Shaheen, Deputy Minister of Transport; and Youmna Al-Bahar, Deputy Minister of Tourism and Antiquities.
Top 50 Forum also congratulates the women appointed to the position of deputy governors and governorates, namely Lubna Abdulaziz Habib El-Sayed, Deputy Governor of Sharqia; Magda Hanna Bebawi, Deputy Governor of the Red Sea; Enas Samir Hafez, Deputy Governor of South Sinai; Hanan Magdy Nour El-Din, Deputy Governor of the New Valley; Mona Mohamed Reda El-Batrawy, Deputy Governor of Cairo; Hind Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Halim, Deputy Governor of Giza; Iman Omar Rayan Abdel Aziz, Deputy Governor of Qalyubia; Amira Salah Abdel Hakim Zeina, Deputy Governor of Alexandria; and Shaima Mohamed Al-Siddiq Mohamed Deputy Governor of Damietta.
For her part, Dina Abdel Fattah, President and Founder of the Top 50 Women Forum, said that the new formation of the government and the conservative movement confirms the great confidence of the political leadership in Egyptian women and their ability to manage vital files in the Egyptian state successfully and competently, stressing that the selected women leaders have a high degree of competence and experience in public work, which is commensurate with the new mandate of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, and the comprehensive development plans of the Egyptian state.

She pointed out that the presence of this size of women leaders in many senior positions in the country will enhance the strategy of empowering women and contribute to maximizing their role and ensuring their effective participation in all fields and their continued giving, especially in this challenging time when the world is witnessing changes and repercussions with which we need more positivity and work and consolidate the values of gender equality and the principles of equal opportunities in line with the vision of Egypt 2030.
Abdel Fattah finally thanked all the ministers and leaders who finished their work after an honorable and distinguished performance in their positions, stressing that Egyptian women are always keen to participate in all aspects of national work and to agree and unite with the goals of the Egyptian state.
