Sharm El Sheikh International Airport received on Tuesday, May 2nd, the first flight from Tashkent International Airport of Uzbekistan, with 165 passengers onboard.
Upon landing at the Egyptian airport, the flight was celebrated with a customary water salute, and passengers received warm greetings for arrangements had already been in place to ensure their smooth arrival.
A similar flight will be operated weekly to increase the number of tourists from new destinations during the current summer season.
