Rania Al-Mashat Joins ADIB’s Board of Directors

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank announced the approval of the Prime Minister to authorize Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of International Cooperation, to combine her position and membership of the bank’s board of directors as an independent non-executive board member.

ADIB’s board of directors includes Khalifa Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, representing Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, non-executive, and Muhammad Ali, Executive Chairman and Managing Director, representing the bank.

It also includes Bassam Al-Hajj, a non-executive board member representing the bank, and Joseph Iskandar, a non-executive board member representing Emirates International Investment Company.

The bank revealed in a statement to the stock exchange that the formation includes Rania Al-Mashat, a non-executive board member, and Heidi Kamal, an executive board member, representing individual shareholders.
