The Official Gazette, in its latest edition published today, Thursday, has announced President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s Decree No. 449 of 2024. The decree approves the executive agreement between the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Government of the Italian Republic, aimed at enhancing the rights of persons with disabilities in Egypt and integrating them into society. This agreement was signed on March 17, 2024.
The Egyptian Parliament had previously approved this decision during its session on November 19, 2024.
