Business Women Association of Egypt 21 (BWE21) President Dr. Yomna El-Sheridy assumed a new position as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Omar Effendi.
Upon her appointment, El-Sheridy stated that this is an excellent step to benefit from the expertise of the private sector in managing public business sector companies and bettering their conditions.
It is worth noting that Dr. Yomna El-Sheridy held several positions, including a former board member of the Export Council for Food Industries, a member of the board of directors of the Council of Olive Producers and Exporters, and president of Egypt 21 Businesswomen Association, a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering women and enhancing their contribution to the Egyptian economy.
President of the NCW, Dr. Maya Morsi, expressed her great pride and happiness that Dr. Youmna Al-Shuraidi assumed the presidency of the board of directors of an ancient institution with a history like Omar Effendi, stressing that she is a prominent personality with a remarkable history and great successes, which qualified her to assume that new position, wishing her more successes and achievements.
