In October 2020, she became a certified EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction & Development) Skills in Business Consultant for Small & Medium Businesses. Rania has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience, through which she had held senior managerial positions in PepsiCo UK, UAE and Egypt, prior to founding Aspire HR Consultants, and has worked closely with the ultimate leaders and executives of hundreds of global, regional and local organizations. In 2020 she launched a tailored programme for mentoring and placing women on board/leadership. Rania was granted several global, regional and local awards; She was awarded as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Egypt for the year 2020. This award is given to women with exceptional achievements and leadership potentials, and who were able to make significant contributions to the socio-economic and development sectors in Egypt, throughout the year. She was the “overall winner” of the Emirates Business woman Award (www.ewa.ae) – a prestigious award from HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoom. She also won the PepsiCo Chairman’s Award; granted by PepsiCo CEO in New York. She was awarded by Director General of the UAE National HR Development Authority the “Appreciation Award”.
