Rania also sits on the Executive Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners, the World’s largest executive search alliance, represented by more than 90 cities across 6 continents. She is also the Global Leader of Consumer & Retail practice group www.ircsearchpartners.com. Led by Rania, Aspire HRC team, Partners, Consultants and professionals focus predominantly on Management and HR solutions; such as executive search, HR consultancy, leadership assessment and empowering and preparing women on board, which is a key aspect to creating and delivering winning strategies, competitive cultures and successful businesses. Holding a degree in Economics, from the American University in Cairo, and a master’s degree, in Human Resource Management, from Kingston Business School, UK, Rania dedicated her professional life and career moves to contribute value as well as partner in successes of many organizations. Recently, successfully completed Board “Corporate Director Certification Program” authorized by the American University in Cairo “AUC”, United Nations Women Programme “UN Women”, “International Financial Corporation” IFC, Egyptian Institute of Directors “EIOD” and Financial Regulatory Authority “FRA”. In October 2020, she became a certified EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction & Development) Skills in Business Consultant for Small & Medium Businesses. Rania has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience, through which she had held senior managerial positions in PepsiCo UK, UAE and Egypt, prior to founding Aspire HR Consultants, and has worked closely with the ultimate leaders and executives of hundreds of global, regional and local organizations. In 2020 she launched a tailored programme for mentoring and placing women on board/leadership. Rania was granted several global, regional and local awards; She was awarded as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Egypt for the year 2020. This award is given to women with exceptional achievements and leadership potentials, and who were able to make significant contributions to the socio-economic and development sectors in Egypt, throughout the year. She was the “overall winner” of the Emirates Business woman Award (www.ewa.ae) – a prestigious award from HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoom. She also won the PepsiCo Chairman’s Award; granted by PepsiCo CEO in New York. She was awarded by Director General of the UAE National HR Development Authority the “Appreciation Award”. Other awards include the “Inclusion Award”, from PepsiCo Region’s President and the “Star Award” at PepsiCo Headquarters in the US.
