Mrs. Sabbour has a proven track record of over 35 years  in the banking sector.  Prior to joining Panther Associates, Nevine held the post of the Assistant Managing Director Heading Business Strategies and Finance Group at the Arab African International bank (over $ 1bn assets) whereas, she played a key role in guiding the bank’s performance in terms of growth and profitability both locally and in the region with the main focus being on subsidiaries and network expansion. Her extensive experience was gained through managing the Strategy & Finance areas with special emphasis on Financial Planning, banking transformation, and in altering the bank’s management information system and data enhancement. Nevine effectively played a key role in structuring, negotiating and executing several landmark acquisitions for AAIB in the financial sector such as Misr America Int’l Bank, RMH Mortgage Finance Company owned by  Global Kuwait and lead vital roles in other M&A’s executed by the bank.  In addition, till 2019 she was the Chairman of AAIB Holding Company, and Board Member at Arab African Investment Management Company. Moreover, she played a key role in launching Sandah; a Microfinance Company partnering with Sanad Fund (a subsidiary of German Bank KFW).and assumed the role of chairman from 2016 to 2019. Currently she is appointed as Board Member at Meris (Moody’s Egypt), as well as Board Member  for Abu Auf Trading Company & Board Member for Premium Company as well.  Nevine has special pride in being a member of the board of trustees of the “We Owe it to Egypt” foundation, as well as “Banking for Women in Egypt”, an institution aimed at women empowerment and financial inclusion.
