Top 50 Women Forum teamed up with the National Council for Women (NCW) and Egypt’s Central Bank for launching “Women Leading the Future” initiative, which was one of the major achievements in 2017. This is the first deal of its kind signed between public and private institutions.  The program targets preparing women cadres who are capable of leading various sectors in the country through a methodology offered by high-profile group of leaders; as the State and the political leadership showed interest empowering the Egyptian woman to be capable of leading and gaining the required experiences to be qualified at working in all the political, economic, and social sectors.
