Currently, Hanaa acts as the CEO of Al Hayat Eye Center. Her philanthropic contributions extend to various sectors, as she supports raising the awareness about epidermolysis bullosa in Egypt and the Arab countries. In addition to her role at DEBRA Egypt, she is also a EBWB ambassador, and executive member at DEBRA International (2022-2024). She is also a board member at Rotary Club and Inner Wheel club of Nile (District 95 Egypt, Jordan).
