Twenty years of experience in microfinance and MSME development, policy advocacy, impact tracking and institutional assessment, gathering baseline information from various sources and preparing research tools such as questionnaires, interview guides, focus group guides. Experience with policy research and policy advocacy activities in the field of microfinance, development of MF regulations and supervision according to good practices of MF regulations. Expert in collecting, analyzing and reporting information for decision-making.
Holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from The American University in Cairo, and Master of International Business Administration – Thesis in Project Management (Earned Value Management) from Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées (ESLSCA).
