Director of the general administration of information system & digital information – Development Unit in Port-said
Shaimaa holds the position of the General Manager of Public Administration of IT and Digital Transformation Citizens service center in Port Said governorate. She outstandingly contributes to raising awareness about the digital transformation in the syndicates, Ministries of Youth and Communication., and the youth forum. This is in addition to her participation in national and regional conferences. Shaimaa also contributed to the launch of a social media campaign about the Digital Egypt Gates to introduce the available services on the portal. She also formed a highly- skilled team for promoting the sustainability of the digital transformation. She also contributed to establishing a unified IT system and harnessing the cybersecurity system in the Citizens service center. She also assigned a team of developers to achieve data governance. In 2002, she earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Suez Canal University.
