Co-Founder – INJAZ Egypt Foundation

B.A. in Political Science, American University in Cairo. Dahlia worked in UNICEF in Gender & Development as well as in Monitoring & Evaluation Section during the period 1992-1998. She then joined the Learning Resource Center for two years where she worked as a learning coach teaching children with learning difficulties.

In 2004, she joined Save the Children as INJAZ Project Manager which spun off to become an independent Egyptian Foundation in 2007. She worked at INJAZ Egypt Foundation; as Deputy Director and Co-founder, mobilizing private sector to create a new generation of business oriented Egyptian Youth to become entrepreneurs or employees-of-choice for private sector.

Has worked extensively since 2011 with entrepreneurial youth by helping them establish their startups and connecting them with networks they need to grow their businesses. Dahlia has also been nominated and selected recently as a member in the Entrepreneurship committee at the American Chamber of Commerce.
