Ambassador Soha Gendi, Minister of State for Immigration and Egyptians Abroad Affairs, participated in the examination committees to accept the first batch of the “Women Lead for Executives” program, which lasts for three days for 360 applicants, at the headquarters of the National Training Academy. Several ministers, officials, and senior public figures also joined these committees.
In her speech, the Minister of Immigration affirmed that Egyptian women are living their brightest ages, explaining that the field has become open for women to become what they want and achieve their life dreams. That is a reflection of the efforts of the Egyptian state and the belief of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in empowering women, shown through women occupying the highest and most important positions in the state.
Moreover, Minister Gendi sent a message to the applicants to the examination committees within the “Women Lead for Executives” program and said: “Egyptian women are capable of leadership and have fingerprints in executive work.
It is worth mentioning that the “Women Lead for Executives” program is implemented by the National Training Academy, under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and in cooperation with the National Council for Women.
