Maya Morsy, the chairperson of the National Council for Women, expressed her appreciation for the significant involvement of women in the National Initiative for Smart Green Projects.
During a meeting with the initiative’s general coordinator, Hisham Badr, Morsy made remarks regarding the launch of its third phase, which encompasses projects focused on women.
According to MENA She emphasized the significance of the council’s branches and local teams in all governorates in promoting public awareness regarding women, the environment, and climate change.
Badr expressed gratitude to the NCW and all the valued partners for their support in the previous two editions of the initiative, as well as the current edition.
The successful projects will be showcased at the upcoming COP29 event in Azerbaijan, he further remarked.
