Egypt’s National Council for Women Congratulates Female Ministers Amid New Government Formation

The National Council for Women extends its sincere congratulations to all the female ministers included in the new government formation of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister.

These include Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation; Dr. Yasmine Fouad, Minister of Environment; Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity; and Dr. Manal Awad Mikhail, Minister of Local Development.

The Council also congratulates Dr. Jacqueline Azar on her appointment as Governor of Beheira Governorate, reported Al Youm7.

Furthermore, the National Council for Women congratulates the women who were appointed as Deputy Ministers and Ministers, including Abla Ahmed Ali Al-Alfy, Deputy Minister of Health; Margaret Saroufim, Deputy Minister of Solidarity; Nihad Shaheen, Deputy Minister of Transport; Yomna Al-Bahar, Deputy Minister of Tourism and Antiquities; and Sabah Mohamed Abdel Latif Mashali, Deputy Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy.

The Council also congratulates the women who were appointed as Deputy Governors and Governors, namely Lobna Abdel Aziz Habib El Sayed, Deputy Governor of Sharkia; Magda Hanna Bebawy, Deputy Governor of the Red Sea; Enas Samir Hafez, Deputy Governor of South Sinai; Hanan Magdy Nour El Din, Deputy Governor of the New Valley; Mona Mohamed Reda El Batrawy, Deputy Governor of Cairo; Hind Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Halim, Deputy Governor of Giza; Iman Omar Ryan Abdel Aziz, Deputy Governor of Qalyubia; Amira Salah Abdel Hakim Zeina, Deputy Governor of Alexandria; and Shaima Mohamed El Siddiq Mohamed, Deputy Governor of Damietta.

The Council emphasized that this new government formation and the appointment of female deputy ministers, deputy governors, and governors confirms the political leadership’s confidence in women and their ability to manage essential responsibilities. The Council wishes them all success and good luck in their new roles.

Finally, the National Council for Women also extends its sincere thanks, appreciation, and gratitude to all the female ministers who have completed their work after an honorable and distinguished performance in their ministerial roles and in serving the nation.
