According to the Arab League’s (AL) rankings of Arab universities, Egypt had the highest representation, with 28 universities.
The rankings came in a statement issued by the AL’s general secretariat, which announced the results of the Arab university rankings in 2023.
King Saud University (KSU) of Saudi Arabia topped the key performance indicator, with Cairo University coming in second.
Ain Shams University in Egypt and Mansoura University came in after the UAE University, which came in third place.
Sixth place went to Sharjah University, while seventh place went to King Khaled University, Tunisian Sfax University, and after that came Alexandria University and Zaqaziq University.
