Egyptian Soprano Amira Selim Performs in Celebration of 100 Years of Egyptian-French Relations

Renowned Egyptian soprano Amira Selim has joined a special event in Paris hosted by the Egyptian Embassy in France on July 9.

According to Sada El Balad, the event commemorates 100 years of diplomatic relations between Egypt and France.

Selim performed the Egyptian and French national anthems at the beginning of the ceremony at La Salle Gaveau, a well-known theater in France.

She expressed her pride in representing Egypt at this significant celebration.

The event witnessed the attendance of Egyptian and French public figures, government officials, business leaders, media representatives, foreign ambassadors, and members of the Egyptian community.

Notably, It’s not the first time Selim has participated in events of this importance, having previously performed at Egyptian National Day celebrations at the Egyptian Embassy in Paris and French National Day celebrations in Cairo.
