The ninth session of “Amwal Al Ghad Annual Awards Ceremony”, organized by Amwal al Ghad Magazine of UMS, will take place on June 3rd.
This annual event, held under the auspices of the Prime Minister, aims to honor the most influential personalities and companies in the Egyptian economy and public life.
The summit will celebrate success in various development sectors and will feature expanded government sponsorship and participation.
The event will be attended by several officials and policymakers, as well as senior corporate and institutional executive leaders, business managers, innovators, academics, experts, international organizations, and regional and international partners.
The Summit is set to launch this year with the theme “Successful Egyptian Models in the Age of Challenges.” Despite the global crises and geopolitical tensions that have significantly impacted economies, including Egypt, many companies and individuals have attained remarkable achievements in the past year. This has garnered attention at both local and regional levels. Egypt has effectively repositioned itself as a critical player in various economic sectors, demonstrating the potential to drive sustainable growth and advance financial, industrial, and trade endeavors.
The Summit Awards acknowledge the contributions of institutions that have significantly impacted the Egyptian market, nurturing a strong working culture. Through their effective operational and financial policies, these institutions have not only generated high-quality employment opportunities but have also introduced high-value products that have earned the trust of Egyptian consumers.
Their accomplishments serve as a testament to the state’s steadfast efforts to promote operational rates and economic growth, even in the face of the adverse effects of the Middle East conflict and the Russian-Ukrainian war.
These results also underscore the effectiveness of economic reform measures in strengthening Egypt’s economic resilience against crises. This highlights the country’s increasing strength through competitive and successful companies and leadership.
This year’s list of honorees encompasses significant categories, including the top 100 companies in the Egyptian market across vital economic sectors. The honorees also feature fifty influential women in public life and entrepreneurial excellence, as well as the best institutions in the field of community responsibility and sustainability.
Furthermore, the awards recognize achievements in various sectors. The publication “Amwal Al Ghad” conducts meticulous research and classifications annually to compile the honorees’ lists, demonstrating its commitment to impartiality and transparency. These classifications are based on scientific curricula adopted in collaboration with major research and financial institutions.
The event has seen substantial participation from a diverse group of ministers and the attendance of nearly 400 leaders representing Egypt’s key financial and business sectors. This includes policymakers, leaders of major financial institutions, investors, as well as numerous local and regional financial and business figures. Additionally, there has been an increased participation of women in business and local and regional media.
