The Forbes International Tower, an architectural marvel in Egypt’s new administrative capital, has been honored with multiple prestigious awards at the International Property Awards (IPA). The Egyptian Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) proudly announced that the state-of-the-art skyscraper claimed the coveted title of “Best Commercial Skyscraper in Africa.”
IDSC’s announcement underscores the tower’s excellence. The Forbes International Tower faced stiff competition from “five major international projects spanning four continents” during the IPA event. However, it emerged victorious, securing a total of four prestigious awards:
- Best Commercial Skyscraper Development in Africa
- Best Mixed-Use Development in Africa
- Best Commercial Skyscraper Development (International)
- Best Mixed-Use Development (International)
This recognition is particularly significant as the Forbes International Tower holds two unique distinctions:
- The first-ever tower to carry the globally recognized Forbes brand.
- The pioneering zero-carbon tower in both Egypt and the Middle East.
The 55-story marvel is a collaborative effort between Magnom Real Estate Company and Forbes. Its location in the heart of the New Administrative Capital’s MU7 area places it strategically amidst the capital’s most renowned landmarks, including the iconic Iconic Tower – Africa’s tallest skyscraper.
