The activities of the second session of the “Women Lead” program launched in Ismailia, in cooperation with the National Training Academy, to qualify women for leadership.
The program will last 3 weeks with 15 training days to train 100 women from the Ismailia Governorate and qualify them for leadership positions.
Major General Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, pointed out in a statement the constructive and significant national cooperation and role played by the National Training Academy in qualifying workers, strengthening their skills, developing their abilities, and raising their scientific, cognitive, and professional level in various fields to implement the state’s strategy and the directives of the political leadership to develop Egyptian skills.
The program especially targets women in the Egyptian governorates between the ages of 22 and 50.
The program aims to provide many topics and trainings to a group of Egyptian women in all Egyptian governorates, in line with the Egyptian state’s vision of developing and empowering women and the sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
Acceptance into the program can be achieved through an online application and registration on the National Training Academy platform, followed by the selection of applicants who meet the application conditions, a personal interview, and an email notification of acceptance.
The “Women Lead in the Egyptian Governorates” program is part of a series of programs, initiatives, and training grants directed at women in various specialties.
