Egyptian Table Tennis Champion Hana Gouda has recently won the African women’s table tennis championship, held in ITTF Tunis, after defeating Dina Musharaf (4-1) to qualify for the Paris Olympics in 2024.
After earning a gold medal, both the men’s and women’s national teams from Egypt qualified for the Paris Olympics. Additionally, at the 2023 ITTF African Championships in Tunis, the Egyptian team of Omar Assar and Dina Meshref defeated Olajide Omotayo and Funke Oshonaike 3-1 in the competition for the Table Tennis Mixed Doubles Olympics.
