Naglaa gained professional experience extends to 25 years in asset strategy management and propelling investment, as an important milestone in the national reform program within a legislative framework. She is also specialized in designing and managing systematic databases, crisis management, and debt settlement. Naglaa has been chairing the unutilized assets appropriations unit since 2018. She was a board member at MID Bank and EGbank. She also held the position of Ministry of Finance’s consultant. She also headed the corporate relation department at Naeem Holding.
