Egypt’s Tourism Ministry Inaugurates “Egypt Alive 365” Campaign to Boost Tourism in Egypt

The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has launched a two-month campaign called “Egypt Alive 365” to promote Egyptian tourist attractions in the Arab market for the current summer season, according to Ahram Online.

Amr El-Kady, CEO of the Egyptian Tourism Authority (ETA), emphasized that the campaign aims to showcase various vibrant Egyptian tourist destinations, offering a wide array of enjoyable activities to attract tourists from Arab countries. These efforts are expected to boost inbound tourism.

In turn, Suzan Mostafa, Director General of the Tourism Promotion Department, noted that the campaign will be promoted on popular electronic platforms in Arab countries, including Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Amazon, YouTube, Amadeus, Facebook, Gameloft, Google Search, Shahid, and Watch IT.

Additionally, the campaign will run advertisements on television channels in the targeted countries and feature on WEGO, one of the leading booking engines in the Middle East, to drive direct bookings to Egypt during the summer.

She further pointed out that the ETA aims to reach different audience segments, share promotional content, and inspire travelers to explore Egypt’s vibrant and diverse attractions through this tactic.
