Under the auspices of the Ministry of Solidarity, the National Project for the Preservation of the Egyptian Family Entity “Mauda” has launched a new initiative aimed at training Egyptian children of over 18 years of age. 27 specialized training has been carried out in 17 governorates for the total 408 of young men and girls in the first stage.
This initiative ensures the continued support and empowerment of orphans and guarantees their right to take the opportunity to start a family by introducing them to the foundations of building a stable family and how to preserve it from different challenges. Moreover, it raises their awareness and acquiring skills in various aspects related to a healthy family life to fill their information gaps and familiarize them with the different roles, and rights and duties of family members.
The training programme addresses the foundations of positive education and how to manage the family’s financial resources, positive and effective communication skills and problem-solving steps, as well as familiarizing them with the legitimate aspects of family life and all matters relating to reproductive health.
The training day is divided into three specialized sessions: a session on psychosocial aspects of family life, a session on legitimate aspects of family life and a session on reproductive health in family life.
These sessions offer a selection of trainers accredited with an affection project: trainers specializing in social, psychological and legitimate aspects of the faculty, as well as a selection of trainers and doctors specializing in reproductive health aspects.
