The State Minister of Emigration, Soha Gendy, announced that her ministry has presented alternative plans to increase dollar transfers from Egyptians living abroad.
These initiatives aim to address the challenges Egyptians face overseas and encourage and attract more investments.
Gendy made these remarks during her participation in the Akhbar el Youm 10th economic conference, held under the auspices of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli.
She further emphasized the ministry’s commitment to maintaining effective and continuous communication with Egyptians and Egyptian investors living abroad. The ministry is dedicated to solving their issues and responding to their requests and proposals.
The ministry has collaborated with concerned bodies and ten top investors from Egyptians living abroad to establish a joint-stock company. This company will engage expats in high-return national projects in various domains such as agriculture, tourism, construction, building, industrial, and information technology.
