The Governor of Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt, Abdel Hamid Abu Musa, announced that the bank is getting ready to introduce a savings product specifically designed for women to encourage them to save and effectively manage their finances. In addition, the bank will launch mobile ATM services that will operate in various governorates of Egypt, particularly in remote areas.

This initiative is intended to make banking services more convenient for customers and reduce the inconvenience of visiting fixed ATM locations for transactions. These mobile units will enable customers to make withdrawals, deposits, and other banking transactions without needing fixed ATM locations.

In a report to the bank, the Governor mentioned that the bank has recently introduced several advanced services and products tailored to different customer segments.

One of the notable offerings is the “Rajaha Fabrica” product, which provides financing for car maintenance through a leasing service, aiming to alleviate customers’ challenges due to the increasing costs of car parts and maintenance. Another offering is the Ahalina Investment Account, available in the local currency, specifically designed for artisans, self-employed professionals, and homemakers who may need proof of income to open a bank account.

Regarding coverage, the Governor highlighted that the bank currently operates 41 branches across most governorates and main cities in Egypt. Furthermore, the bank has 552 ATMs strategically located in key areas, providing various services, including withdrawals, deposits, and cash transfers.
