Minister of Environment Yasmine Fouad addressed promising investment opportunities in the green industry and highlighted the support provided by the Ministry of Environment to the industrial sector in Egypt during a meeting with Mohamed Zaki el Sewedy, the Chairman of the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI).
Fouad emphasized the ministry’s strong commitment to backing Egypt’s industrial sector during the discussion.
According to MENA the minister emphasized the need to clearly communicate this message to investors, stressing the importance of transforming the perception of the environmental sector from a barrier to industry to a supportive force and catalyst.
With this in mind, Fouad expressed appreciation for the invitation from the FEI head to participate in forums organized by the federation.
These forums aim to underscore the significance of the environmental sector and the transition to green practices and to present methods for providing essential support to Egypt’s industrial sector.
