Women Professionals Summit To Kick off on March 12th in Support of Women in Leadership
Women Professionals Summit To Host Interactive Sessions, Panel Discussions To Share Insights and success stories to Develop the Next Generation of Women Leaders
Top 50 Women Forum will launch the second round of Women Professionals Summit, under the theme of “Empower Women to Empower Egypt” , which will be held on March 12th , 2023. The summit will shade light on Egyptian women in leadership, empowering and instilling their roles in the public life. The summit will also host the 8th edition of TOP 50 Women Forum Annual Award Ceremony.
The event will also bring the opportunity for exchanging experiences and sharing insights about the best practices and corrective measures to set women’s issues as a top priority on the national agenda, as well as the agendas of media channels, universities, schools, civil society organizations, and think tanks; so as to expedite the SDG implementation.
TOP 50 Women Forum organizes the summit in cooperation with the National Council For Women, and Amwal Al Ghad Magazine, an affiliate of UMS. The event will bring together a list of most influential women to share inspiring professional success stories, which have been widely acknowledged.
This year’s edition will bring together ministers, decision- makers, CEOs, as well as 300 women in leadership, either in the sectors of finance, economy, sports, art, culture, media and entrepreneurship. During the proceedings, interactive sessions and panel discussions will host women empowerment specialists and sustainability consultants to share insights about women’s success, leadership, future planning, influence of the role models, and importance of self- affirmation to develop the next generation of women leaders.
The voice of Egyptian women in leadership must be amplified, even amid the global economic challenges, as they are capable of making a difference and bringing innovation, driven by knowledge. The summit will present an overview about the progress achieved regarding empowering the Egyptian women, who are rendered as a soft power, along with establishing interactive dialogue about the best international practices to propel women’s professional progress to achieve societal cohesion.
For her part, the Founder of TOP 59 Women Forum, Dina Adbdel Fattah, stated that the summit will host interactive sessions to harness women’s leadership and professional skills in various sectors through presenting inspiring success stories to be narrated by influential women in leadership who contributed to shaping better future in spites of challenges.

She also necessitated the importance of shaping a positive image about the future for empowering next generation. Hence, the summit will bring a platform for exchanging experiences and success stories.
