During the Eighth Edition of Builders of Egypt, inaugurated by Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly on Sunday, May 28, under the rubric Egypt’s Propitious Momentum towards Construction Sector Exportation Regionally, the Forum honored three exceptional construction industry leaders for their remarkable efforts to revitalize the sector in the region.
The winning candidates receiving the awards were Ali Senafi, President of the Federation of Arab Contractors; Zakaria Al-Abdul Qader, President of the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA); and Hassan Abdel Aziz, Chairman of the African Federation for Construction Contractors’ Association (AFCCA)S.
Notably, “Builders of Egypt” is considered one of Egypt’s most anticipated events for key construction, building materials, and contracting players and is co-organized by the African Federation for Construction Contractors’ Association (AFCCA) and Exlnt Communications, an affiliate of United Media Services (UMS).
The Forum is set to address investment opportunities and review a map of new projects in Saudi Arabia to discuss the possibility of regional cooperation, namely the participation of the Egyptian contracting companies that had genuine and successful experience in carrying out giant development projects regionally.
Moreover, the event aims to tackle the development and reconstruction of Africa’s roadmap, offering various opportunities for Egyptian construction and building materials firms to participate and have an overseas presence.
It is worth mentioning that Builders of Egypt 2023 Acts as a gateway for new overseas partnerships by promoting the Egyptian construction industry as a potential partner of success in Saudi Arabia’s development scheme and further strengthening the economic bond between the two countries in the long run.
