On Sunday, the Minister of Social Solidarity, Nevine El-Kabbaj, conducted a review of the unified e-platform for economic empowerment. This platform is intended to facilitate the automation of all small and micro-sized projects that fall under the Social Solidarity Ministry’s purview.
The estimated capital of 4.5 billion pounds is expected to be channeled through the relevant parties involved in the matter, including the Ministry of Social Solidarity, Nasser Social Bank (NSB), and other similar entities.
At the inaugural meeting of the central supervision committee for economic empowerment projects established by the Ministry, Kabbaj delivered his remarks.
The committee was formed in January 2024 with the aim of monitoring economic projects launched under the Ministry’s purview and streamlining the financial procedures associated with loan projects.
