Rasha Abdel Aal, the Head of the ETA, inked the agreement with Daniil Yegorov, the Commissioner of the Russian Federal Taxation Service. The signing took place on Thursday, underscoring the growing collaboration between the two countries in the area of taxation.

Abdel Aal emphasized that this MoU aligns with the Egyptian finance minister’s directives to foster stronger cooperation with various nations in tax administration. The agreement aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, best practices sharing, and joint initiatives between the two tax authorities.

This development further solidifies the strategic partnership between Egypt and Russia, as both countries seek to enhance their tax systems and promote economic growth.
