Contact Pay, a leading electronic payment solutions company and subsidiary of Contact Group, a prominent non-banking financial services provider, announced a strategic partnership agreement with Al Ahly Momkn, a critical e-payment solutions and financial services provider.
The new partnership aims to offer Contact’s customers in Egypt the option to pay Contact instalments through Al Ahly Momkn’s multiple payment channels.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Ahmed Abdel Hakim, the Managing Director of Contact Pay, and Eng. Ahmed Enayet, the Managing Director and CEO of Al Ahly Momkn.
Notably, Al Ahly Momkn has over 90,000 points of sale and more than 5 million users. In contrast, Contact has a geographical presence in most Egyptian governorates, providing its services with comprehensive coverage and professionalism in both urban and rural areas.
This strategic integration between Contact Pay and Al Ahly Momkn enhances the ease and speed of access for customers to Contact’s services through Al Ahly Momkn’s extensive coverage, especially in rural areas.
On his part, Ahmed Abdel Hakim commented that the partnership aligns with their commitment to providing payment services with the highest standards of security and efficiency, opening up new horizons for customers to conduct their financial transactions smoothly and efficiently nationwide.
In turn, Mohab Gamal, Deputy CEO of Al Ahly Momkn, added that the partnership reflects their dedication to providing seamless and innovative payment experiences, enhancing customers’ ability to access Contact’s services more easily and quickly through their branches and points of sale spread across the country.
This collaboration reflects the shared vision of the two companies to facilitate payment operations for customers through Al Ahly Momkn’s branches and points of sale across Egypt.
