Scaling up the international collaboration in human capital development, Egypt’s National Training Academy (NTA) welcomed today His Excellency Dominic Goh, Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to Egypt, along with his political advisor Mr. Jeremy Loh and an accompanying delegation.

The visit was led by Dr. Solafa El Goueli , Executive Director of the NTA, with the participation of Dr. Taher Nasr, Deputy Executive Director. Both sides engaged in strategic discussions aimed at exploring avenues for partnership between the Academy and leading Singaporean institutions.

The meeting focused on establishing bilateral cooperation frameworks that would enable knowledge exchange, joint training programs, and capacity-building initiatives. These efforts are aligned with the shared vision of both nations to invest in human capital as a foundation for sustainable development and innovation-driven growth.

“We believe that collaborating with global leaders in training and development, such as Singapore, represents a vital opportunity to equip future leaders with world-class skills and global perspectives,” said Dr. Goeili.

Singapore’s success in education, governance, and public policy has made it a model for countries seeking to modernize their human resource frameworks. Egypt’s NTA aims to leverage this expertise through potential partnerships, executive exchange programs, and tailored leadership development tracks.

The visit reflects a broader strategic intent by both governments to build bridges between institutions and redefine the future of talent development through mutual learning and innovation. It also reinforces Egypt’s commitment to playing a pivotal role in regional training and leadership development.

The National Training Academy, established in 2017 under the patronage of the Egyptian Presidency, has rapidly become a hub for empowering emerging leaders and public sector professionals across the Arab and African regions.
